FRA Parents Association

Every family is a member of the FRA Parents Association. The FRA Parents Association provides leadership and hosts numerous events and activities on campus each year. Meetings are held twice each year, and everyone is welcome. There are many opportunities to be involved.

Listed below are a few of the activities managed by the FRA Parents Association. Volunteer Form

Schoolwide Activities                                                  

  • Serve as a host for a new family throughout the year
  • Provide refreshments for school events
  • Bake or cook for the Helping Hands Committee Program
  • Organize and host the New Family Breakfast and New Family Dinner
  • Organize and host a Teacher Appreciation Day

Lower School Activities

  • Host an ice cream social in your child's class
  • Assist in the Lower School Library, Book Fair, or other events
  • Organize and host a Parent Preview Night
  • Decorate the Lower School for the holidays
  • Work with the Admission Office to provide refreshments for Kindergarten orientation and testing

Middle School Activities

  • Organize and host the annual Family Picnic
  • Host a Parent Preview Night
  • Help with initiation into the National Honor Society
  • Decorate the Middle School for the holidays
  • Provide refreshments for the Middle School Awards Program
  • Organize the family lunch on the Eighth Grade Promotion Day
  • Help with Grandparents Day

Upper School Activities

  • Host the annual Family Picnic
  • Make arrangements for food and set-up senior lunches
  • Organize and serve as host for Parent Preview Night or the National Honor Society induction
  • Decorate the Upper School for the holidays
  • Organize refreshments and serve as host for the Upper School Awards Program
  • The Junior Class parents organize, serve refreshments, and host Baccalaureate
  • Decorate the stage area for Commencement
