Consistency and commitment would describe the FRA boys' and girls' golf teams. Both teams and individuals have advanced to the State Tournament in the last 14 years. During this period of time, the girls' golf team carried home the state trophy once and finished second twice; while the boys' golf team also had two second place finishes. We have won individual state championships and others have finished in the top five.
Golf is offered in both Middle School and Upper School.
Varsity preseason practice and try-outs starts in the middle of July.The season starts the first of August. Off season responsibilities include practice year round. During the summer months, each player is expected to play on the Junior Tour, which starts in May. Middle School preseason practice and try-outs starts in early August.
