Leadership FRA is a three-year initiative with the goal of developing leaders as our focus. This initiative will involve faculty, staff, students, and parents through an intentionally planned curriculum which includes: speakers, advisees, book studies, courses, seminars, projects, and retreats. Additionally, Leadership FRA will provide opportunities for students and faculty to lead, both in the classroom and beyond our campus.

Leadership FRA Philosophy: We believe each individual has the capability to be a leader, a person who influences others positively in his or her world.

Goals of the Program:

• Each individual will bolster integrity and Christian values as part of the school’s mission.
• Each individual will identify and develop his/her leadership skills.
• Each individual will be valued for his/her differing leadership qualities.
• Parents will be encouraged to engage in fostering leadership qualities within their own child.
• Each individual will be given opportunities to manifest his/her leadership gifts and talents.
• The FRA community will foster an atmosphere and culture of leadership.
