Tablet Orientation and Make-Up Dates


Did you miss picking up your tablet computer?  The following sessions are the makeup tablet orientation and pick-up dates:

Location:  L.M. Crockett Library

Session 1:  Friday, August 6th:  1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.

OR

Session 2:  Wednesday, August 11th:  9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.

OR

Session 3:  Wednesday, August 18th:  2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Orientation and Pick-Up Schedule 2010-2011

Location:  L.M. Crockett Library

Rising 10th Grade (Current Families):  Attend ONE of the following sessions.

Session 1:  Monday, July 26th:  9:00-11:00 a.m.:  Last Names:  A-C
Session 2:  Monday, July 26th:  12:30-2:30 p.m.:  Last Names:  D-H
Session 3:  Tuesday, July 27th:  9:00-11:00 a.m.:  Last Names:  I-0
Session 4:  Tuesday, July 27th:  12:30-2:30 p.m.:  Last Names:  P-Z
 
Rising 7th Grade and/or New Families (all grades):  Attend ONE of the following sessions.

Session 5:  Wednesday, July 28th:  9:00-11:00 a.m.:  Last Names:  A-D
Session 6:  Wednesday, July 28th:  12:30-2:30 p.m.:  Last Names:  E-J
Session 7:  Thursday, July 29th:  9:00-11:00 a.m.:  Last Names:  K-R
Session 8:  Thursday, July 29th:  12:30-2:30 p.m.:  Last Names:  S-Z
 
Students must attend orientation to pick-up computer.  Also, parents of 7th graders and new families are required to attend.  If you are unable to attend your assigned session, choose another one.  7th graders and new families must attend one of the 5-8 sessions.  If you can't attend any of the above sessions, make-up sessions will be scheduled after July 29th.
