Participant Agreement

Though we make every effort to protect consigned items, the FRA Panther Closet is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen items.

 

All items will be sold for approximately 50% of their original price.

 

Consignors will receive 100% of their proceeds. A $10 consignor fee will be automatically deducted from the proceeds of each semi-annual sale (Spring and/or Fall) in which you consign merchandise.

 

All items should be in excellent condition. The FRA Panther Closet reserves the right to refuse any item that does not meet our quality standards.

 

Consignors must provide a self-addressed, stamped, 4” x 9” (letter size) envelope to have their check mailed after the sale. Otherwise, a $1 handling fee will be deducted from the proceeds of the sale. Checks will be mailed approximately four weeks after the sale.

 

For your convenience you can shop at the Panther Closet, located in the Spirit Store Upper School Room #110 on most Thursdays and Fridays during the school year, 369-4629. Items not sold in the Spring and/or Fall sale may be left with the Panther Closet to be sold during the school year at the Spirit Store. For any items sold during the school year, checks will be issued following the next semi-annual sale.
