All items will be checked-in during drop-off. Be prepared to wait while your items are being checked. Please don’t be offended if we ask you to take back some of your items. It is easy to miss things at home as you’re getting ready for the drop-off deadline. These check-in guidelines are in place to keep quality standards high for our buyers. Each item will be inspected for:
-Clothing should be gently worn
-Clothing must be clean and on wire hangers, hung correctly
-Knit polo colors must not be faded
-Khaki color ONLY accepted (not light stone)
-No smoke odors
-No holes
-No missing buttons
-No broken zippers
-No stains
-No pills (fuzz balls)
-No ink, marker or paint marks
